After the free 30-minute diagnostic, everything goes into the quote: scope, timeline, payment schedule and year-2 cost. The first year of services is included. No per-user licence.
Your quote is valid for 30 days.
The year-2 cost
Year 2 comes down to your own suppliers (server, email, AI budget, backups, domain), paid directly by you. The exact amount is written into the quote and reminded 30 days before renewal.
Pay at once or in instalments
At once, in two stages (signing and delivery) or in several SEPA direct debits. The schedule is written into the quote.
With SEPA direct debits, Sogni Care is compulsory for at least one year.
The AI budget is capped and paid by you, on a supplier account in your name.

Questions before you sign
Does the AI answer my clients for me?
No. It summarises, sorts, sets a priority and drafts replies. Your team approves before anything is sent.
Who sees my clients' conversations?
You and your team. The AI is trained on your data alone and SOGNI DIGITALI has no access to your end clients' conversations. This is the Sovereign Data.
Where are my data and the AI hosted?
On a dedicated server in your name, in a European data centre. The AI model is hosted in Paris, with human validation and a capped budget.
Who fills in the knowledge base?
You do. We provide the tool and the guide, you fill it in and test it. If you would rather we build it (about 30 documents), it is an option written into the quote.
Who pays for the AI afterwards?
You do, directly: the AI budget is paid on an account in your name, and it is capped. It is part of year 2 with the server, email, backups and domain; the amount is written into the quote.
Can I move up to Oneira Pro later?
Yes, with no migration. Oneira Pro adds custom objects, multiple pipelines, a synced mailbox, WhatsApp and quotes. It is reserved for Web clients.
