What these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone who visits sognidigitali.com, uses its features (contact form, call booking, Prometheus assistant, presence audit) or gets a skill from the Skills catalogue. By using the website, you accept these terms.
The website sells nothing online. Our website, online store and CRM services are covered by a separate written quote and signed contract, with their own terms. If they differ, the signed contract prevails.
Using the website
You may browse the website freely, for personal or professional use. You agree not to disrupt it, not to try to access its servers or Keronos without permission, and not to send unlawful content, automated bulk messages or third-party data you have no right to share.
The Prometheus assistant and the presence audit produce automatic answers, for guidance only. They replace neither a quote nor legal, tax or technical advice. For the audit, only enter the address of a site you manage or are entitled to have analysed.
The website's texts, logo, illustrations and code belong to SOGNI DIGITALI or to their authors. Reproducing them requires our written consent, except where the law provides otherwise. The legal notice gives the details.
The Skills catalogue
The Skills catalogue holds two kinds of entries: skills made by SOGNI DIGITALI, that is, working methods for AI agents (SKILL.md files, scripts, references), and a selection of GitHub repositories published by other authors under the MIT licence. Each entry clearly states where it comes from.
At launch, the whole catalogue is open access. No payment, account or subscription is required to use it (to be confirmed).
Skills made by SOGNI DIGITALI
To get a skill made by SOGNI DIGITALI, the page invites you to follow our TikTok and Instagram accounts. The website cannot check this: the step is declarative and based on trust. You remain free to stop following us; the website does not check that either.
Licence of skills made by SOGNI DIGITALI: [TO FILL IN: licence chosen (for example MIT or a custom licence), what it allows (commercial use, modification, redistribution) and what it forbids]. The full licence text ships with each skill.
What you produce with a skill (pages, texts, files) is yours, subject to third-party rights in the elements you add to it: fonts, icons, images or texts, which keep their authors' licence [TO FILL IN: to be confirmed according to the chosen licence].
The selection of MIT-licensed repositories
Repositories in the MIT selection belong to their authors. SOGNI DIGITALI did not write them, does not modify them and claims no rights in them. Each entry shows the author, the licence and a direct link to the original repository on GitHub.
Their use is governed by their licence, as it appears in the repository, and not by these terms. An author may change the licence or remove the repository: check the licence when you use the code. We checked the licence at the time of selection, without guaranteeing the quality or security of the code.

Using a skill with an AI agent, carefully
A skill gives instructions to an AI agent, which can read and write files and run programs on your machine. Before first use, read the skill's files, check the permissions and network access listed on its page, and work on a copy or a backed-up project.
Always review what the agent produces. Outputs with legal, tax or accounting weight (e-invoices, tax codes, legal notices, personal data) must be checked by a qualified person before any use. Only give the agent data you are entitled to process.
Warranty and liability
The skills and repositories in the catalogue are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including of proper operation, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. You use them at your own risk.
