A method in weeks, with no grey areas
Every project follows the same timeline, counted in weeks. You know what happens, when, and what to prepare.
Delivered from 3 weeks Schedule in the quote Check-up at N+4 weeks
N is the length of your pack
Week 0 is the week of the free call. Week 1 starts when you sign the quote. N is the length of your pack, from 3 to 14 weeks: it is the week of the key handover. The exact week-by-week schedule is written into the quote.
- Web Essential: N = 3–4 weeks
- Web Business: N = 5–6 weeks
- Oneira Pro: N = 6–8 weeks
- Web Intelligence and Commerce Launch: N = 8–10 weeks
- Commerce Growth: N = 12–14 weeks
- Commerce Sovereign: N set after scoping
The weeks start once we have your first material. If something arrives late, the timeline shifts by the same amount and the new schedule is confirmed to you in writing.
Seven steps, always in this order

On your side Open the accounts in your name with us, then approve the content.
- Week N-1

- Week N
Key handover
Access, documentation and ownership certificate. Then we remove our own access.
On your side Confirm each access you receive and change the passwords.
- Week N+4
Follow-up check
Four weeks after handover: speed, forms, search indexing, your questions.
On your side Note anything that got in your way during those four weeks of real use.
Four rules that hold the timeline
One person who decides
On your side, one contact signs off. Feedback arrives grouped, once per round.
Your material on time
The clock starts once we have logo, copy and photos. Each pack page gives the full list.
A written scope
A request outside the quote is costed separately, before any work. The schedule is updated in writing.
Every step dated
Each step has its week in the quote. If a date moves, you know beforehand, with the reason.
Handover day
The key handover closes the build. Everything we created is already in your name: we pass on the access, you confirm each item, then we remove ours and confirm it in writing.
- Admin access: domain, server, accounts, mailboxes
- The documentation and a SKILL.md file any AI can read
- The acceptance report: speed, accessibility, security
- A numbered ownership certificate listing every item handed over
