What the website does not do
The sognidigitali.com website sets no cookies at all: no analytics, advertising or social media cookies (to be confirmed). It contains no advertising trackers and embeds no third-party content that would set them, such as a video or a map hosted elsewhere (to be confirmed).
Only one case requires your consent: a partner or newsletter link. A banner then asks you, and refusing is as easy as accepting. Without an answer, nothing is kept. Your choice is kept for 6 months, and you can change it at any time with "Manage my cookies", at the bottom of the page (to be confirmed by your legal adviser).
What stays in your browser
A few settings, kept in your browser's local storage. Only three are sent to our server: the like identifier, when you click Like, and a partner's or newsletter's code, with the contact form.

Key sogni-digitali-theme: the theme you chose, so it is still set on your next visit.
Language
Key sogni-digitali-lang: the language you chose, English, French or Italian.
Accessibility
Key sogni-digitali-a11y: your accessibility panel settings (text size, font, contrast…).

Key sogni-digitali-skills-unlocked: remembers that you unlocked the skills, so we do not ask again.
Likes on skills, the blog and stories
Key sogni-digitali-like-token: a random identifier created at your first like, so only one like is counted per browser and you can remove it. It is sent to our server on each click; we keep only a fingerprint of it. The same identifier is used for likes on skills, the blog and stories.
Partner code
Key sogni-digitali-affiliate: only if you accept, the code of the business introducer partner whose link you followed, kept for 30 days. Checked once with our server when you arrive, before you answer, it is then sent only with the contact form. It is removed from the address as soon as you arrive, and left out of our statistics. Another partner's link replaces the previous one; a newsletter never replaces it (to be validated).
Newsletter or campaign
Key sogni-digitali-campaign: only if you accept, the name of the newsletter or campaign whose link you followed, kept for 30 days. It is sent to our server only with the contact form, so we know where your request came from. A newsletter link is also counted in our statistics, with no personal data, whether you accept or not (to be validated).
Your answer to the banner
Key sogni-digitali-consent: your answer to the banner, accepted or refused, kept for 6 months so we do not ask again. It stays in your browser.
Apart from the like identifier and a partner's or newsletter's code, these settings contain no personal data and are not sent to SOGNI DIGITALI (to be confirmed). They stay until you clear them, except a partner's or newsletter's code, which expires after 30 days or as soon as you refuse, and your answer to the banner, which expires after 6 months. To delete them, clear this website's data in your browser settings; the site then returns to its default settings. To remove a like, use the button before clearing this data.

To know which pages are read, we use Umami, installed on our own servers at stats.sognidigitali.com. Umami sets no cookies, does not follow you from site to site and respects your browser's Do Not Track setting (to be confirmed). The results are totals.

The website links to TikTok, Instagram, GitHub and WhatsApp. These are plain links: nothing from those services loads until you click (to be confirmed). Once you are on their site or app, their own cookie and data rules apply. Read their policies before using them.

If the website ever sets a cookie or keeps any other information in your browser, this page will be updated first, and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.
