Quote
After the free 30-minute diagnostic, everything goes into the quote: scope, timeline, payment schedule and year-2 cost. The first year of services is included. No commission on your sales.
Your quote is valid for 30 days.
The year-2 cost
Year 2 comes down to your own suppliers (server, email, media, backups, domain, transactional email), paid directly by you. The exact amount is written into the quote and reminded 30 days before renewal.
Pay at once or in instalments
At once, in two stages (signing and delivery) or in several SEPA direct debits. The schedule is written into the quote.
With SEPA direct debits, Sogni Care is compulsory for at least one year.
Your payment provider's fees (Stripe, PayPal) still apply, as on any store.

Legal texts and tax are checked by your lawyer and your accountant.
