Offer and quote
How is a project priced?
In a written quote, after the free 30-minute diagnostic. It sets the scope, the timeline in weeks, the options you chose and the year-2 cost. It is valid for 30 days.
Which pack should I choose?
Essential for a site without lead tracking, Business to follow every enquiry in a CRM, Intelligence for a team and an AI trained on your documents. Launch to sell to consumers, Growth for B2B and several countries.
What does the first year cover?
First-year services (domain, email, server depending on the pack) are included in the pack. From year 2 you pay them directly to your suppliers, on accounts in your name.
Are options compulsory?
No. You add only what your project needs. Each option you choose is written into the quote, before the project starts.
What is Oneira Pro?
A CRM built around your sales process: custom objects, multiple pipelines, a synced mailbox, WhatsApp, quotes. Reserved for Web clients, never sold standalone, delivered in 6–8 weeks.
Why a diagnostic before the quote?
Because no two projects are alike. In 30 minutes we see what you rent today and what you need. The quote then describes a real scope, with no needless options.
Does the diagnostic commit me?
No. It is free and commits you to nothing. If you want to continue, a written quote follows, and you remain free to sign it or not.
Ownership and key handover
What do I own at the end?
Domain, hosting, code, database, Google accounts and mailboxes, all in your name, with the documentation and a SKILL.md file. See the “What you own” page.
What happens after the key handover?
Nothing changes: domain, server, accounts and code are in your name. You work alone, with another provider, or with Sogni Care, which stays optional.
Does SOGNI DIGITALI keep any access?
No. We delete our access and prove it with a withdrawal statement. With Sogni Care, we only use access that you create and remove yourself.
What is the SKILL.md file?
A file any AI can read, describing how your site works. It is handed over with the code and documentation, and updated with Sogni Care.
Can I change provider?
Yes, with no migration: it is all in your name already. The handover file explains how your system is built, for another provider as for any AI.
Does my site depend on Sogni Care?
No. Sogni Care is optional: ownership of your site, server and data never depends on Care.
Timelines and process
How long does my project take?
Web Essential: 3–4 weeks. Business: 5–6. Intelligence and Commerce Launch: 8–10. Commerce Growth: 12–14. Oneira Pro: 6–8. Sovereign: set after discovery.
What do you need from me to hold the timeline?
Material: logo, texts or a brief per page, photos, accounts to open in your name. Each pack page lists what we need from you. Everything else is our job.
How many revision rounds?
2 rounds for Web Essential, Web Business and Commerce Launch; 3 for Web Intelligence and Commerce Growth. Beyond that, a change request is billed.
How does the free diagnostic work?
30 minutes to understand your business and what you rent today, no commitment. At your place in Turin, by video (Zoho Meeting) elsewhere.
Can you come to me?
In Turin, yes: we can come to you. Everywhere else in Italy and Europe, the meeting takes place by video, on Zoho Meeting.
Payment
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The payment schedule is written into the quote: in one go, in two stages (signing and delivery) or in several SEPA direct debits. With direct debits, Sogni Care becomes compulsory for at least a year.
What does the quote contain?
The scope, the timeline in weeks, the revision rounds, the options you chose and the year-2 cost. It is written, signed electronically and valid for 30 days.
Who pays for the domain and server?
The first year is included in the pack. After that, you pay your suppliers directly, on accounts in your name. SOGNI DIGITALI adds no hidden fees.
How long is a quote valid?
A quote is valid for 30 days.
Year 2 and Sogni Care
What do I pay from year 2?
Year 2 comes down to your suppliers (domain, email, server), paid directly by you; the amount is written into the quote and reminded 30 days before.
Is Sogni Care compulsory?
No. It only becomes so if you pay by SEPA direct debits (for at least a year). Ownership of your system never depends on Care.
What does Sogni Care Core include?
Uptime and SSL monitoring, form and link checks, a 6-hour yearly bank, SKILL.md updates, an annual report. Optional after delivery, billed yearly.
What does Sogni Care Pro include?
Everything in Core, plus business flows, verified backups, updates applied by us, server security, 24 hours a year and a quarterly report. Billed yearly.
What is the hour bank?
Hours per year for your small changes: swapping a text, an image or a link, fixing a display, adding a user. Counted in 15-minute steps.
What if I do not take Sogni Care?
Your system stays yours. For unmanaged servers (Web Business, Web Intelligence), you sign a security waiver.
AI and data
Can my AI read my clients' conversations?
No. The AI we deliver is trained on your data alone, and SOGNI DIGITALI has no access to your end clients' conversations. This is the Sovereign Data.
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe, on accounts in your name. With Web Intelligence and Commerce Growth, the AI model is hosted in Paris.
Does the AI answer in my place?
No. It summarises, sorts and drafts replies. Your team approves before anything is sent.
Who pays for the AI?
You do, directly to your provider, on an account in your name, with capped spending. It is counted in the year-2 cost. SOGNI DIGITALI adds no fee.
Can I add a chatbot to my site?
Yes, with Web Business or Web Intelligence: an AI chatbot built on your documents, as an option written into the quote. It is not offered with Web Essential.
Wix, Shopify, WordPress
Why not stay on Wix, Squarespace or Shopify?
They are good tools for a quick start. The difference shows at exit: on a subscription platform the site stays with it and follows its rules. Here domain, code and data are in your name. See “Rent or own”.
Can I bring over my current site's content?
Yes. Moving content over from your old site is an option, written into the quote. The free audit first looks at what can be brought over.
Wouldn't Shopify be enough?
Maybe. For a small store that is just starting, a platform may be enough, and we will say so on the free diagnostic. Commerce Launch makes sense when you want the store, server and data to be yours.
What about WordPress with an agency?
WordPress is free software: the site can be yours. It all depends on the agency. Check that the domain, hosting and admin access are in your name. With us, they are from day one.
