About Sogni Care.

Is Sogni Care mandatory?

No. It becomes mandatory for at least one year only if you pay for the project in 3 or 6 instalments. Ownership of your system never depends on Care.

What happens without Care?

Nothing changes on ownership. You maintain the system yourself or with another provider. For Web Business and Web Intelligence, you sign a server security waiver.

What happens to unused hours?

With a one-year commitment, they are lost. With two years, 50% carry over; with three years, 100%.

Which tier should I choose?

Core suits a Web Essential site. Pro suits Web Business, Web Intelligence and Commerce clients, whose business depends on a server and business flows.

Can I pay for Care monthly?

No. Sogni Care is billed yearly only, with a locked rate if you commit for two or three years.
