The year-2 cost
The year-2 cost depends on the chosen server. It is written into the quote and reminded 30 days before renewal.
Pay at once or in instalments
At once, in two stages (signing and delivery) or in several SEPA direct debits. The schedule is written into the quote.
With SEPA direct debits, Sogni Care is compulsory for at least one year.

Do I have to migrate my data?
No. Oneira Pro is the natural evolution of Oneira: you keep your system and data, and we add what is missing. Bringing in another CRM (HubSpot, Excel…) is an option, written into the quote.
What does Oneira Pro add over Intelligence?
Custom objects, several pipelines, a synced mailbox, WhatsApp, quotes, API, SSO and an AI knowledge base built by SOGNI DIGITALI.
How long does Oneira Pro take?
In 6–8 weeks. Oneira Pro needs a more powerful server, chosen with you: it is written into the quote, with the scope and the year-2 cost.
Does my AI read my clients' exchanges?
We build the AI knowledge base from your documents. Your AI learns only from your data, and SOGNI DIGITALI has no access to your end clients' conversations.
And after delivery?
You keep the server, code and data. Sogni Care Pro is optional: Oneira updates, server security, a bank of 24 hours a year.
