Why start with a scoping phase?
Each Sovereign project depends on the architecture: catalogue, countries, ERP, PIM, WMS. Discovery defines it with you; scope, timeline and quote follow from it.
Is discovery paid?
Yes. It is deducted from the project if the project is signed.
How is it different from Commerce Growth?
Growth covers B2C and B2B, 3 regions, 500 products and one ERP connection on a set architecture. Sovereign is built to measure: marketplace, ERP, PIM, WMS, multi-server, high availability.
Who owns the architecture?
Yours. Servers, code, data and accounts are in your name. At key handover, SOGNI DIGITALI deletes its access and proves it.
How long does the project take?
The timeline is set at the end of discovery, based on the architecture. We promise no duration before then.
And running it after delivery?
Sogni Care Sovereign, defined with you: recovery plan, hardening, test environment, contractual RTO and RPO, monthly report, hour bank under contract. It stays optional.
